These were awesome. I stir fried some onion, peppers and shredded some of the beef from yesterdays roast. Added some taco seasoning and some shredded cheese on the side with diced tomatoes lettuce and baked tater tots.
This was a feast I have left over tortillas and fajita meat. I will use it for a hot lunch.
