January 4 Breakfast Scrambled Eggs with Toast and Ham

Scrambled Eggs with Toast and Ham
6 eggs whisked in bowl with 4 oz of milk,
Heat non stick pan to medium high add pat of butter or margarine  pour in eggs cook for a minute reduce heat to low plate justbefore eggs are fully cooked (they will continue to cook while on the a plate).

Put anther pat of butter in the pan and lightly cook sliced ham and serve.

(Hint) I put bread in toaster right before the eggs go into the pan, usually the toast is ready right after the eggs, but I take toast out of the toaster as the ham cooks)
